Session Description
Every person has a life worth remembering and a voice worth preserving. Through thoughtful interviews and guided conversations, I help individuals, families, and communities preserve life histories, family histories, legacy messages, and meaningful personal experiences. Each project is designed to reflect your goals, your voice, and what matters most to you. Whether you are preserving family history, celebrating cultural heritage, documenting military service, reflecting on experiences of resilience, marking an important life transition, sharing lessons learned, or creating a heartfelt legacy message, every conversation is guided with care, dignity, and respect. Depending on your goals, your completed project may include recorded interviews, edited videos, written narratives, transcripts, digital archives, legacy messages, or customized keepsakes. Research, preparation, interviewing, and project direction are billed at $250 per hour. Initial interview appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes. Extended interviews of up to two hours may be arranged following the complimentary consultation and will be reflected in the written project proposal. Professional filming, editing, transcription, travel, keepsakes, and other production services are priced separately according to the project’s scope. Following a complimentary consultation, you will receive a personalized written proposal describing the recommended services, interview schedule, deliverables, anticipated timeline, and estimated cost. No additional work will be undertaken without your approval.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for illness, emergencies, or severe weather. Please see our full Cancellation Policy for additional details.
