Cancellation Policy

 

At Northstar Achievement Pathways, appointments are reserved specifically for you. To ensure availability for all clients and to respect everyone’s time, the following cancellation policy applies:

 

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee.

• Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment and do not provide notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee.

• If you are running late, please notify Northstar Achievement Pathways as soon as possible. Sessions may need to end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other commitments.

• Exceptions may be made in cases of illness, family emergencies, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

• By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
